We also bring you an interview with the lovely Charlotte Hilton Andersen that we recorded earlier this month, in which Carla doesn't even try to be impartial with her adoration for Charlotte's blog and brand new book, The Great Fitness Experiment. Charlotte talked to us about her favourite fitness experiments and the joys of trying something new.
