Today Carla and Shauna look back at their healthy livin' highlights of 2009 and of the entire decade!
Shauna babbles on about this decade being called "The Noughties" and Carla is baffled. Then after recording the episode, Shauna does some research and discovers this phrase never took off in the USA, because, according to Generation X author Douglas Coupland, Americans never use the word nought for zero, so it would make no bloody sense at all!
We also answer a great variety of your questions:
- What diet rules to you ignore?
- How do I work this weirdo weight training machine?
